If you are using a real estate agent, request that Skybridge Title serve as the settlement and closing agent before signing your contract. After you sign it, the contract can be delivered to our office in person, emailed, uploaded, or faxed.

The closing process generally takes just about 1 hour, during which each document will briefly be explained before you sign it. All documents will be signed and notarized, and then you will receive either a hard copy or an electronic copy of each. If you Skybridge Title, we will make sure you have an understanding of the entire closing and funding process before you sign the documents.
